  • Super Plasticizer: SAMPLAST®-WR-100

    Super Plasticizer: SAMPLAST®-WR-100

    SAMPLAST®-WR-100, as a water reducing and accelerating admixture, is formulated to meet the highest level of quality standard that prevailed in the international market.

    Advantages :

    It is a water reducing high performance super plasticizer

    High water reduction on minimum dosage

    Attains high early strength

    High workability extends time for concrete placement

    Ideal for all structural concrete where improved density and gravity are required

    Can be used as retarding water reducing plasticizing admixture at higher dosage

    Reduces porosity

    Method of Use :

    Add SAMPLAST®-WR-100 (100 gm - 400 gm per 50 kg of cement) in water and stir gently

    Add dry mix to the solution while mixing


    Recommended Applications :

    RCC load bearing structures like beams and columns

    Building foundations and footings

    RCC support structures for overhead water tanks, revolving restaurants etc

    High-rise towers for installation of radar systems, TV signal receivers, search lights, wind turbines etc

    It is recommended for use with concrete mixes with cement content up to 350 kg / cu.m

  • Admixture, Water Reducing: SAMPLAST®-SC

    Admixture, Water Reducing: SAMPLAST®-SC

    SAMPLAST®-SC is a ready to use admixture formulated to achieve the highest performance level and durability of concrete meeting quality standard that prevailed in the international market as a high range water reducing admixture. It greatly improves the effectiveness of cement dispersion requiring less water for mixing and obtain concrete workability.

    Advantages :

    Flowable concrete with lowest water/cement ratio without segregation or bleeding

    Right admixture for manufacture of self compacting concrete

    Ideal admixture for high quality concrete due to its excellent dispersion effect

    It works with an extremely low water/cement ratio and allows high performance concrete to increase high early (18-24 hours) and final strengths, Flexural and Tensile Strength, low permeability, high density. Increases adhesion to reinforcement

    Method of Use :

    Add SAMPLAST®-SC (maximum up to 2% of cement) in water and stir gently

    For optimal concrete plasticizing effect, add SAMPLAST®-SC into concrete after 50-70% of the water has been mixed

  • Admixture, Natural: SAMPLAST®-P-5

    Admixture, Natural: SAMPLAST®-P-5

    SAMPLAST®-P-5 is formulated to meet the highest level of quality standard that prevailed in the international market as strong admixture to modify graded O.P.C. to attain highest degree of durability.

    Advantages :

    Reduces porosity, enhances normal life of concrete structure by 3-4 times

    Increases density and lowers permeability which results in increased durability of concrete

    Reduces the heat of hydration and state of art technique of forming secondary gel in cement paste, which ultimately results in formation of pores free, impermeable concrete

    Less prone to the basic causes of corrosion due to chloride / sulphate penetration and initiation as a result of carbonation

    High reactive silica / lime ratio makes availability of less free-lime, which reduces drastically the cause of leaching

    Reduces alkali-aggregate reaction

    Method of Use :

    SAMPLAST®-P-5 should be used along with compatible super plasticizer in concrete mix design to attain optimum level of highly durable concrete


    Recommended Applications :

    All critical concrete structure prone to exposed corrosive atmosphere

    All load-bearing concrete members like beams, columns, slabs, footings, piling etc.

    Water / chemicals / effluent retaining structures / vessels, tanks etc.

    Admixture, Water Reducing & Retarding: SAMPLAST®-R-200

    SAMPLAST®-R-200 is formulated from a blend of specially selected polymer and water reducing and retarding admixture to meet the highest level of quality standard that prevailed in the international market.

    Advantages :

    Reduces micro porosity

    Increases workability and extends setting time, thus prevents ill-effects of delays and stoppages taking place during concreting

    SAMPLAST®-R-200 increases ultimate strength without increasing cement content or reducing workability

    Can effect saving in cement for given Compressive Strength and workability

    The retarding effect of SAMPLAST®-R-200 helps in avoiding cold joints

    Thus beneficial for in-site piling, large scale concreting and step form construction

    Improves cohesion by minimizing bleeding and segregation

    SAMPLAST®-R-200 makes concrete dense and durable

    It is compatible with all types of cement

    Method of Use :

    Add correct quantity of SAMPLAST®-R-200 directly to the mixer at the time of mixing water

    If water is mixed at more than one stage, add SAMPLAST®-R-200 with the last stage

    Under no circumstances should SAMPLAST®-R-200 be added to the dry mix

    Slip form structures, tunnel, shaft lining, offshore construction and in site piles

  • Admixture, Melamine Modified, Super Plasticizing: SAMPLAST®-M-300

    Admixture, Melamine Modified, Super Plasticizing: SAMPLAST®-M-300

    SAMPLAST®-M-300 is a synthetic plasticizer derived from modified melamine sulfonate.

    Advantages :

    Reduces micro porosity

    Increases workability of concrete mix without reducing Compressive Strength

    Increases Compressive Strength of concrete mix by reducing water content of the mix

    Increases cohesion by minimizing segregation and bleeding thereby giving better surface finish

    Increases durability of concrete by increasing density

    Method of Use :

    Add correct quantity of SAMPLAST® M-300 directly to the mixing water

    Prepare dry mix of cement, aggregates and sand as usual

    Slowly add dry mix to the solution while mixing

    Apply concrete mix as usual


    Recommended Applications :

  • Air Entraining Water Reducer: SAMPLAST®-AE

    Air Entraining Water Reducer: SAMPLAST®-AE

    SAMPLAST®-AE is supplied as a dark brown liquid with selected sugar reduced lignosulphonates in combination with compatible surface active agents. It is a chloride-free admixture used to entrain a controlled volume of air in a concrete mix whilst permitting, through its plasticizing action, significant reduction in free water content of the mix.

    Advantages :

    Improves quality

    Increases workability and cohesion

    Assists in producing a dense, uniform, close/textured surface, free from segregation, sand runs and surface water and improves impermeability of concrete structure and also makes it less prone to cracking

    Method of Use :

    Use of dispensing equipment is strongly recommended and wherever possible SAMPLAST®-AE should be added to the gauging water as it enters the mixer

    The technical department should be consulted regarding suitable equipment and installation

    A number of factors previously mentioned will affect the degree of air entrainment and once the rate of application has been established, care should be taken to ensure consistency of raw materials supplied, mixing and delivery procedures

    Recommended Applications :

    To meet the following requirements :

    *Improved quality and long-term durability of concrete exposed to severe weathering conditions

    *Increased resistance of concrete to damage by sea water, frost and deicing salts

    *Making concrete structures less prone to cracking

    *Improved cohesion and workability to concrete where poorly graded or harsh sands and aggregates have to be used to minimize bleeding

    *Pumping aid to maintain cohesiveness and to minimize segregation where concrete is placed mechanically

  • Admixture (Accelerating & Water-Reducing): SAMPLAST®-AC

    Admixture (Accelerating & Water-Reducing): SAMPLAST®-AC

    SAMPLAST®-AC is a chloride-free accelerating and water reducing admixture.

    Advantages :

    Increases workability and strength

    Accelerates setting and high early strength thereby improves frost resistance

    Effective in pre-stressed and reinforced concrete

    Method of Use :

    Add the correct quantity of SAMPLAST®-AC to the mixer at the time of mixing water

    Prepare dry mix of cement, aggregates and sand as usual

    Slowly add dry mix to the solution while mixing

    Apply concrete mix as usual


    Recommended Applications :

    Pre-cast concrete in stadium etc.

    Concrete placed in cold weather

    Concrete for repairs

    Mortars for brick-work

    Super Plasticizer, SNF-Base: SAMPLAST®-300

    SAMPLAST®-300 is a synthetic plasticizer derived from sulphonated naphthalene.

    Advantages :

    Reduces micro-porosity

    Increases workability of concrete mix without reducing Compressive Strength

    Increases Compressive Strength of concrete mix with reduced water content in the mix

    Increases cohesion by minimizing segregation and bleeding thereby giving better surface finish

    Increases durability of concrete by increasing density

    Provides high early strength

    Method of Use :

    Add correct quantity of SAMPLAST® 300 directly to the mixing water

    Prepare dry mix of cement, aggregates and sand as usual

    Slowly add dry mix to the solution while mixing

    Apply concrete mix as usual

    Super Plasticizer & Workability Aid: SAMPLAST®-150-SP

    SAMPLAST®-150-SP, as a normal water reducing admixture, is formulated to meet the highest level of quality standard that prevailed in the international market.

    Advantages :

    Reduces micro porosity

    Increases workability, density and strength without increase in cement

    Increases Compressive Strength of concrete mix with reduced water content in the mix

    Effects savings in cement consumption without affecting quality

    Method of Use :

    Add SAMPLAST®-150-SP (maximum up to 1.5% of cement) in water and stir gently

    Prepare dry mix of cement, aggregates and sand as usual

    Slowly add dry mix to the solution while mixing

    Apply concrete mix as usual


    Recommended Applications :

    RCC load bearing structures like beams and columns

    Building foundations and footings

    RCC support structures for overhead water tanks, revolving restaurants etc.

    High rise towers, for installation of radar systems, TV signal receivers, search lights, wind turbines etc.

    It is also recommended for use with concrete mix design M25 and above
